What are your shipping and delivery options?
We ship nationwide and internationally. Shipping rates are automatically calculated based on your delivery location and preferred courier. Once your order is confirmed, we’ll send updates regarding packing and dispatch.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept payments through:

• Bank Transfer via BPI
All payments are processed through manual transfers for now. After placing your order, you’ll receive instructions on how to complete your payment. Please settle the payment within 2 hours from the time your order is placed. Orders without confirmed payment after the time window will automatically be voided.
Where are you located?
Our brand is proudly based in Metro Manila, Philippines. We prepare and dispatch your matcha orders directly from Metro Manila to ensure freshness and quick turnaround.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes! For confirmed and paid orders, we can arrange same-day delivery via your preferred courier—Lalamove or Grab Express. For faster coordination, kindly send us a message on Instagram right after completing your payment.
How much does shipping cost?
